Earth0 land is a virtual game purchase. Please read these details before paying.

What you receive

Each selected parcel recorded in the Earth0 land registry, a downloadable virtual land title, and the ability to use that parcel in the game. The exact selection, geographic area, parcel count and total USD price are shown before checkout. You can adjust 1–25 adjoining parcels. Selection alone reserves nothing; checkout reserves the complete selection together. Owner-controlled admission is planned; admission controls are not active yet.

What exists today

You can explore the world, walk through procedural landscapes, and build a local destination. Paid land ownership is stored in your account. Private design drafts save on your device, with supported account copies after sign-in. Trying a design is free and grants no land rights. Shared placement requires permissions for every affected parcel and separate approval; supported ground work is previewed and reviewed with the design. Legacy local simulation progress remains device data. Invitations share a landscape and its title; they do not synchronize buildings or live players.

One finite Earth

Each parcel is sold once. Earth0 will not introduce additional tile tiers, duplicate land layers, or reissue previously sold parcels. Unpaid reservations may expire. Refunded or disputed purchases remain retired from sale.

Virtual ownership

This purchase conveys no ownership of physical land, mineral rights, legal real estate title, investment product, or guaranteed resale value. There is no resale marketplace in this release. The game and access to its services may change; a title does not promise perpetual operation.

Payment and confirmation

Stripe processes payment inside the game. Earth0 records ownership only after checking the payment. A checkout can be resumed or cancelled from My land. If a payment completes while you are disconnected, your account can recover the title. Do not pay again to recover a completed order.

Payment problems

Keep your Stripe receipt and order reference. Use the merchant contact on your receipt for payment support or refund requests. Refunds and disputes can place the associated title under review. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply.

Public information and privacy

The parcel name, geographic coordinates, title identifier, issue date, and title status can be viewed on landscape markers and by people with the link. Your email and payment details are not included in public titles. Do not use private personal information as your place name. Stripe handles payment details; Earth0 uses Neon to store accounts and the ownership registry. Private design previews and any legacy local practice claims do not create paid registry ownership.
